Everything has a STORY, and ART is an important way to tell it!
Throughout my career in design, whatever the nature of the specific task, my work has been about understanding the NEED, getting the right IDEA and then telling a "STORY" about it. A great word for it is....
An important way of communicating an idea, a story is thru ART.
A major focus of my recent work has been LOBSTER ART, an exploration of the artistic possibilities of America's favorite crustacean, Homarus americanus, particularly in its Maine form, the LOBSTER. Through my LobstArt creations, I am helping lobsters, a mainstay in my local economy, tell THEIR stories.
There are of course, great stories (art) here about subjects other than lobsters. I'm not a one-trick-pony!
Visitors are always welcome! Since I'm not in my studio all the time, please call me to make an appointment, I'd love to meet you and show you my art.
It would be great if you made a comment about what you see on this site, or anything else!
Please note that this website is frequently updated. Please check back frequently to stay current on the latest lobster & other art stories!
